01 Overview
In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and global privacy standards, players of Blockrix (com.sumdev.blockrix) can permanently delete their accounts, cloud synchronization records, and associated gameplay data at any time.
Notice: Data erasure is irreversible. Deleting your account will immediately wipe your player profile, high scores, unlocked levels, and virtual crystal balances from our Firebase servers.
02 How to Delete in the Blockrix App (Instant)
The fastest way to purge your data is directly inside the game:
- Launch Blockrix on your Android device.
- Tap on your Profile Emblem (top left on the Home Screen).
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account & Wipe All Data".
- Confirm the prompt. Your Firebase account and Firestore document (
players/{uid}) will be permanently erased immediately.
03 Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email request directly to our developer team:
Send Email To: sumdevstudio.contact@gmail.com
Subject: Blockrix Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered email address in Blockrix
- Your in-game Player Nickname (if known)
Our engineering team processes web erasure requests within 48 to 72 hours and will send a confirmation once your record has been expunged from Firebase.
