Terms of Service

01 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or playing Blockrix (package: com.sumdev.blockrix), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the application immediately.

02 User Accounts & Cloud Access

You may play Blockrix as a guest or create a registered account using email and password via Firebase Authentication:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree not to share your account or use another individual's credentials without authorization.
  • SumDev Studio reserves the right to terminate or restrict accounts that violate fair-play standards or engage in malicious behavior.

03 Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Blockrix contains virtual items, including Golden Crystals and Cyber Vault unlocks, which may be earned in-game or purchased through Google Play In-App Billing (v9.1.0):

  • Virtual currencies and digital items are licensed, not sold. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
  • All purchases are processed securely through Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the standard Google Play refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to regulate, adjust, or eliminate virtual currency quantities and game balance at our sole discretion.

04 Intellectual Property

All game visual designs, block artwork, audio, themes, branding, code, and game mechanics associated with Blockrix are the exclusive intellectual property of SumDev Studio. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on supported Android devices.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Blockrix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless cloud synchronization, SumDev Studio shall not be liable for incidental data loss, server interruptions, or device incompatibility issues.
