01 Introduction & Overview
Welcome to Blockrix, an arcade puzzle game developed by SumDev Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains transparently how our application collects, uses, protects, and discloses your information when you download, install, and play Blockrix on the Android platform.
We respect your personal privacy and comply strictly with Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines.
02 Data We Collect & How We Use It
Blockrix operates a hybrid offline & cloud architecture designed to minimize unnecessary data collection. We only collect the data necessary to provide game progress synchronization, user authentication, and purchases:

03 Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver secure authentication and reliable cloud storage, Blockrix integrates the following industry-leading Google infrastructure:
- Google Firebase Authentication: Manages secure email and password registration, encrypted credential validation, and password reset tokens.
- Google Cloud Firestore: Cloud database that securely retains gameplay statistics under the
players/{userId}path. - Google Play In-App Billing (Library v9.1.0): Handles financial transactions securely through Google Play's PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We never see or store your credit card or payment credentials.
All third-party services comply with Google's Enterprise Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
04 Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)
You have full ownership of your data at all times. Under GDPR (Article 17) and Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated game data:
- In-App Immediate Deletion: Go to Profile Dialog > Delete Account & All Data or Settings > Delete Account. This immediately deletes your Firebase Authentication profile and purges your Firestore cloud backup record.
- Web Deletion Portal: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request full manual account erasure through our online portal: Blockrix Data Deletion Page.
05 Data Security Standards
We implement robust technical and operational measures to protect your information:
- All network traffic between Blockrix and Firebase is encrypted end-to-end using HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
- Firebase Firestore security rules restrict database reading and writing solely to authenticated account owners.
- Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed by Firebase Authentication; plain text passwords are never stored or accessible by us.
06 Children’s Privacy
Blockrix is designed for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has registered an account without parental consent, please contact us immediately to have the account and data permanently expunged.
