01 Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to purge your data without waiting for manual verification:
Step 1: Open OrbitIQ
Navigate to the Settings tab (Command Center) at the bottom right.
Step 2: Access Data & Privacy
Scroll to Data & Privacy section and tap Delete Account & Wipe Data.
Step 3: Confirm Permanent Wipe
Confirm the deletion. All local database tables, cached streaks, and Firestore cloud documents will be immediately and irreversibly destroyed.
02 Web Deletion Request (Google Play Policy)
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit a manual erasure request by emailing our data compliance desk:
Required Information for Verification:
- Your Google Account or Email associated with OrbitIQ.
- Your approximate registration date or device model (for verification).
- Confirmation that you wish to delete all habit logs, streak records, and XP stats.
03 Data Retention & Purge Timeline
Upon receiving a valid verification request:
- Cloud Firestore: User documents, streak histories, and receipts are deleted within 48 hours.
- Firebase Authentication: The account authentication credential is permanently disabled and deleted.
- No Residual Backups: We do not maintain unencrypted secondary archives of deleted user identities.
