Terms of Service & Protocol

Standard terms governing the use of OrbitIQ Habit Streak & Focus Tracker software, Pro upgrades, and digital streak shields.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing OrbitIQ: Habit Streak & Focus Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

02 Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

OrbitIQ provides personal productivity tools including habit streak monitoring, focus interval timers, reflection journals, and ambient soundscapes. You agree to:

  • Use the application solely for lawful personal self-improvement purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's binary code, cryptographic tokens, or backend Firestore security rules.
  • Not utilize automated scripts or emulated exploits to manipulate XP ranks, streak records, or leaderboard standing.

03 OrbitIQ Pro & Virtual Purchases

OrbitIQ offers optional premium digital goods and subscriptions processed via Google Play In-App Billing:

  • Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited habits, full streak protection shields, and all binaural/ambient audio generators.
  • Virtual Items (Streak Shields, XP Surges): Virtual items are functional gameplay features inside OrbitIQ. They have zero cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for fiat currency.
  • Refunds: All purchases are governed by the standard Google Play refund policy. You may request refunds directly through the Google Play Store.

04 Intellectual Property

All software code, visual design, custom vector emblems, animations, and documentation belonging to OrbitIQ are the intellectual property of SumDev Studio and protected under copyright laws.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

OrbitIQ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While engineered for high stability and offline resilience, SumDev Studio does not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall SumDev Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
