01 Introduction & Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the OrbitIQ: Habit Streak & Focus Tracker mobile application (Package Name: com.sumdev.orbitiq.app), developed and operated by SumDev Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

OrbitIQ is designed as a peak personal performance protocol that empowers individuals to build positive habits, maintain unbroken daily streaks, execute deep work focus sessions, and master their cognitive focus. We believe your productivity patterns and personal routines are strictly your own property.

02 Information We Collect

We believe in radical data minimization. We only collect data essential for delivering core habit tracking, streak shields, and progression features:

No Sensitive Data Collected: OrbitIQ does not request or collect biometric data, device microphone audio, precise GPS location, contacts, or financial payment cards. All billing is processed securely by Google Play Billing.

03 Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

To provide high-reliability synchronization and secure account access, OrbitIQ integrates official Google Play Services and Google Firebase SDKs:

  • Google Cloud Firestore: Encrypted document database for real-time streak shield management, XP surge events, and user profiles.
  • Google Firebase Authentication: Safe token-based sign-in supporting Google Sign-In and anonymous device identities.
  • Google Play In-App Billing: Safe, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing for OrbitIQ Pro subscriptions and virtual streak packs.

Each third-party service operates under Google's enterprise privacy framework: Google Privacy Policy.

04 Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We respect your right to data sovereignty under GDPR (Article 17) and CCPA:

  • Local Data Wipe: You can purge all local habits, focus logs, and preferences at any time directly inside the app: Settings > Command Center > Data & Privacy > Delete Account & Wipe Data.
  • Cloud Data Deletion: Deleting your account immediately wipes your user document and all sub-collections from Cloud Firestore.
  • Web Deletion Portal: In accordance with Google Play developer policies, you may also request complete data erasure via our dedicated web portal: OrbitIQ Account & Data Deletion Page.

05 Security Architecture

OrbitIQ enforces industry-standard technical safeguards:

  • All network communication occurs strictly over HTTPS with modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Firestore database rules restrict document reads and writes to authorized protocol operations.
  • Local device databases are sandbox-protected by the Android operating system kernel.

06 Children’s Privacy

OrbitIQ is intended for general audiences aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have it purged.
